Almost Perfect
Got this chair to have the option to sit for fishing and omg, I love it. My wife loved it too so we had to buy her one as well -- she won't use it fishing but having a nice seat (vs a cooler) to kick back in and paddle as a kayak when on all-day touring trips is really nice. With this chair, I love my Badfisher as much as I love my expensive fishing kayak, and my fishing kayak weighs almost 50lbs more and doesn't roll up into a backpack. These chairs are almost perfect.... almost. My one sole complaint is that they do not have a weep or drain hole in the bottom tube. If the chair gets submerged (e.g. dropped in water, or an unplanned swim) then water ingresses into the tubing via the bolt holes, and then has no way to get out of the tubing without holding the chair upsidedown at the right angle to let it drain back out of the same bolt. I really would have expected a weep hole in each of the bottom cross tubes or drain holes in the plastic end caps on the tubes. I'll probably end up adding one of the two... That minor complaint aside, these chairs are awesome -- I've used lots of kayak chairs over the years and these are the best option for adding a chair to a SUP. I highly recommend them.
