Specially designed for river running this fin fits in the center fin box on the Rivershred or any board equipped with a standard US longboard center fin box. The material is very flexible with a raked shape and lower profile for shallow, bony river paddling that reduces the chance you damage your board and superman into the river if you hit a rock.

3 soft flex for 14ft. selfie
Stoked - to have a set of river fins as I start running the scenic rivers in Oklahoma.
Great fin for shallow rivers!
I paddle very shallow rivers here in s.e. Texas and this fin is a lifesaver! I was running a 4.5 inch fin, but it kept catching on the rocks, so I started paddling without a center fin and depended on my side bites for control. The 3 inch option still strikes a few rocks, but the shape helps the SUP glide over most of them!
Great River Fin with Modification
Had a great overall experience SUP-ing down Colorado River. Flow was lower than normal so some shallow rock gardens and exposed boulders. Did great in shallow water and helped SUP to track well. Fin same depth as my side fins. I did have a couple hard hits on rocks and was concerned I lost fin. Thumb screw bent, but fin in place. Going to switch out thumb screw with stainless steel machine screws (see attached). $1.34 for 2 screws (M4-0.7 x 20 mm) at HD. Lower profile should prevent screw shear on rocks. Just need to have screwdriver handy - no big deal. Heading out agin this weekend.
Great fin
Put it on a 12ft paddle board we ride down the local class 1 with kids works great
Back on the river!
Love the flexibility of this river fin. It was sent out quickly and the service at Badfish was excellent. Look forward to some nice fall floats down the river. Wish the pin was in the back of the fin, that would improve it overall. Thanks!
