    love the IRS

i purchased the IRS this spring and have enjoyed it all summer long on the GWS wave. it performed great in the 20k river flow and still is a lot of fun in the 3k range. it is a great first board because of its ease of use and durability. the bard has been ridden by lots of friends and family form 15-to 55 year olds ranging in weight from 125 to 210 lbs, and all had fun. Most suprising day was while the river was in the 5k flaow range and my 2 youngest daughters caught great rides in their first couple attempts. it can carve great for an inflatable! i would strongly recommned this board to be in any and all quivers of river surf boards. five star plus rating from my fam!

    Surf's Up

This board will shock you. The way it can carve and move on a wave will shock. You will be shocked that it is an inflatable. Nimble and stable it makes a great board for those learning to surf and has moves an advanced paddle will enjoy.

Your face will hurt... From smiling

From the first minute I stepped on the IRS, I couldn't stop smiling. I am new to river surfing, and had been surfing with my whitewater board which is 9' 8". Some river snobs said you can surf a wave with any board, and that I was wasting my money on this board. Happy to say, that no I did not waste my money, and when I get this on a wave it's an animal. When I surf my whitewater board I need a lot more volume of water, and it is so much less responsive, it feels like a being on a huge barge in comparison to the IRS. I will literally try surfing anything on a river with this board. It was a bit more challenging to jump on it at first because I was used to the stability of my whitewater board, but after three or four hours I got used to it. Get it on a wave and it's like being in a sports car. It also handles like a champ running downriver thru class II's and III's . I haven't had time to try it on anything bigger but I have no doubt it will handle anything you throw at it. It's lightweight and easy to carry. I have four other inflatable SUP's and this is my favorite by far. If you like river surfing, do yourself a favor and get on this board.

You won't find a better River Surfer

I really can't put into words how great this board is. I was struggling to catch waves with the board I had. First time out on the IRS and I was surfing. not just surfing but surfing well enough to where it look like I knew what I was doing. I'm absolutely hooked on Badfish products and will be a repeat customer.
